Neck Not Face

I'm 47 year male and have some neck wrinkles noticeable after losing 20lbs. Very noticeable. Almost scary..I noticed that the Marie mentioned neck. The reply addressed face, but nothing about the neck specifically??

Thanks for your comment. I'm sorry, I should have been more clearer. The facial exercises I mentioned to Marie also address the chest, neck, and face.

You see this facial exercise program was specially developed to include "whole package".

Many of the muscles in the face are also connected to the muscles in the neck and upper chest -- which also get sort of crinkly/wrinkly as we age.

Carolyn's Facial Fitness is one of the few face exercise programs that address the neck.

And, you do these exercises lying down for more gravitational pull. This really targets the lower jowls, double chin, neck, and upper chest....Trust me, you will feel the difference after just a few works outs.
