Eliminating and Preventing Winkles

Wrinkles can be reduced by exfoliating regularly with alpha hydroxy acid peels. You also need to avoid sunlight which accelerates skin aging..

Thanks for the comment Jeannie. You're right alpha hydroxy chemical peels are a great way to refresh your skin. And,there are many great peels on the market so you can do these at home a few times a week.

If fact, the further you away you are from 35, the more you need these peels. Older skin doesn't exfoliate itself as efficiently as younger skin....which is why it often looks dull. A good home chemical peel can take years off of your skin and looks.
