oily skin - Clean Out Face Pores

I have my oily skin what is the way to make it normal &i have t00 much white heads &there is a black black at corners of my lips& in my arm there bad odor please what i have to do give suggestion.

Hello,

The first place I would start is with my diet. I know this sounds so typical and you probably hear this all the time, but diet is very important.

Are you eating enough fresh foods? Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, spinach......whatever you happen to like.....just try to get more fresh (non-packaged, pre-cooked foods) into you diet daily.

Also, try to eat more sulfur based foods like onions, garlic, eggs...if you can. And, drink lots of water!!

The other suggestion I think would really help you is a good int Effective Pimple Remover Facial.

I love this facial and it seems to work well for all skin types and color. Even those with dry skin can use this, just less often.

Those with oily problem skin can use it as suggested on the instructions -- which is 5 days on and 5 days.

However, I don't have specific problems with breakouts, but I do have discoloration from too much sun tanning when I was younger. So only use it about once a month or so. It lasts forever too.

This facial helps even out skin tone and gets rid of excess dead skin cells - which can make your complexion look dull (not to mention increase the risk of clogged pores and breakouts).
