VIT D3 AND BIOSIL

READING THAT BIOSIL ALSO NEEDS VIT C TO HELP IT WORK. IS THIS TRUE AND HOW MUCH VIT C DAILY? ALSO, CAN I TAKE VIT D3 WITH BIOSIL AND HOW MUCH?

Editor's Note: Hi Jane. Thanks for your question about Biosil. Personally, I have not heard that Biosil requires Vitamin C to be more effective, but I can't image Vitamin C (internally and externally) not being helpful for healthy skin.

The dosage of Vitamin C supplements is a personal choice. I try to get at least 1,000 mgs of Vitamin C daily. Vitamin C is water soluble - which means the body will excrete what does not need within a few hours. So, it's best to take small doses throughout the day with meals.

Regarding Vitamin D3.....Again, I am not aware that it helps with the effectivness of Biosil.

But what that said, I love it. My doctor told me that after a certain age, it's difficult for the body to absorb D3, even if you're in the sun all day! So I take a daily D3 supplement.

If you are taking any medications or have any health issues, make sure to check with your doctor before taking any supplement.

Does Biosil cause bones to ache.......been taking it and have a lot of aches.

Hello, Thanks for your question. I have never seen any research indicating that aching bones maybe a side effect of Biosil.

In fact, Biosil is said to help build stronger bones, joints, and lubricate connective tissues.

If you suspect the ache is caused by taking Biosil, it's best to discontinue use and possibly speak to your physician.
