Hydrating Anti-Wrinkle Skin Cream

Have you ever tried an anti-wrinkle cream that made your skin feel uncomfortable or dry? I have!

Some anti-aging creams have tightening agents to help reduce the appearance of wrinkles, but those ingredients usually irritate my skin and make my face feel tight and dry.

Shouldn't an anti wrinkle skin cream hydrate too? Wouldn't that make sense - since a dry complexion looks more wrinkled?

So let me tell you what happened to me............... 

During my research I tried a lot of different anti-aging creams that can address all of my skin needs. 

My main problem areas were those nasty wrinkles and crow's feet around my eyes. These started appearing in my late 20s, so over the years I can say I've tried hundreds of skin care creams.

The one I was most excited about were those  Botox alternative ones. The main anti-aging ingredient was Gaba which was supposed to soften wrinkles. 

Here is how Gaba works:

GABA - Stands for gamma amino butyric acid. This ingredient helps reduce the transmission of nerve impulse in the central nervous system.

As a topical skin care cream it was supposed to have an anti-wrinkle effect by reducing muscle movement which - in theory  - prevented skin folding and therefore wrinkles.

Sort of a topical Botox, but not nearly as effective as Botox.

But GABA really did was irritate and dry out my my skin. Within a few days my skin was so irritated, I had to go to a dermatologist and get a prescription for cortisol cream.

So needless to say finding an effective anti-wrinkle cream that also hydrates is difficult. Most products I've seen and tried seem to come in two formulations:

• Either they help relieve dryness
• Or help reduce the appearance of wrinkles

I’ve been searching for an anti-aging cream that does it all…..

• deeply hydrates
• reduces the appearance of wrinkles
• repairs current wrinkles
• fine lines
• helps to increase collagen stimulation to prevent future wrinkles. 

Copper peptides - in the right combination with moisturizers - can not only help boost collagen, but increase the ability hold moisture within the dermis.

That’s because a younger complexion has lots of collagen and the ability to hold so more moisture – giving it a soft full, firm look. 

Now, while we’ll never get back that baby smoothness, but we can “heal” the dermis by stimulating DNA to increase collagen production AND add moisture back ………..all at the same time. 

It’s nice to not have an entire draw or bathroom cabinet dedicated to tons of creams too.

One anti wrinkle cream that hydrates and firms is all you need.
